China to implement key consensus reached in Bali
China will implement a key consensus, reached in talks between leaders of China and the United States on Monday in Bali, Indonesia, said the Ministry of Commerce on Thursday.
The meeting has charted the course for the development of China-US ties, as well as bilateral economic and trade relations, said Shu Jueting, the ministry's spokeswoman.
The Chinese and US economies are highly complementary and deeply integrated. The sound and steady development of bilateral economic and trade cooperation will benefit both countries and the world, said Shu.
She said the two sides should make joint efforts to create conditions for economic and trade cooperation.
The total trade value between China and the US grew by 5.1 percent year-on-year to $639.83 billion in the first ten months of the year, according to the ministry data.
