Holding of Review of “China Today” Arts Week for 20 Years

　　From January 23 to 28, the Review of “China Today” Arts Week for 20 Years,hosted by the International Liaison Department of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, co-organized by various national literary and artistic associations, the Online Literary and Art Communication Center of CFLAC, and the China Art Newspaper, supported by the China Literary and Art Foundation, and undertaken by the Unites Service Center of CFLAC, has been held at the Home of Chinese Artists.

　　The "China Today" Art Week sponsored by the CFLAC was founded in 2004 and has gradually grown to become an important brand project of the organization for external exchanges. In the past 20 years,it has been successfully held in more than 20 countries and regions around the world. And it has received great attention and strong support from different countries’ governments, localmainstream cultural institutions, and Chinese embassies and consulates abroad.It was warmly welcomed and widely praised by the people of various nations."China Today" Art Week vividly displays the new face of contemporary China’s openness, confidence, and vigorous development and the latest achievements of the prosperity and development of the country’s literary and artistic undertakings through various sections,such as cultural performances, forums,and film and television screenings. The exhibition is arranged in chronological order, and through a large number of precious pictures as well as representative materials, such as magazines, posters, and programs, it reproduces the "China Today" Art Week's use of art to build a spiritual bridge that promotes exchanges and mutual learning between civilizations and the vivid journey concerning telling well the world stories of China.
