Mr. GUO Yunde was born with Han nationality in Jining City of Shandong Province in March 1958. He started his career in October 1975 with a doctor degree and the title of State Class-B researcher. 

Currently Mr. GUO Yunde is vice president and Member of Executive Committee of CFLAC as well as a representative of the 13^th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of China.
