Mrs. ZHAO Shi was born with Han nationality in Changchun City of Jilin Province in August 1953. She started her career in November 1968 with a postgraduate degree from Economy and Administration College of Jilin University.

Currently Mrs. ZHAO Shi is vice president and Member of Executive Committee of CFLAC and she used to be vice president of All-China Women’s Federation and member of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
