Mr. ZUO Zhongyi was born with Han nationality in Laixi County of Shandong Province in July 1958. He started his career in August 1975 with a postgraduate degree from the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC. 

Currently Mr. ZUO Zhongyi is vice president and Member of Executive Committee of CFLAC as well as a standing member of the National Committee of the 12^th National People’s Congress of China.
